1) How to reach Ms. Den?
Ms. Den is active on Messenger (primary), via email (dmfernandez143@gmail.com), or mobile (+63 9222886293).
2) What are the general payment terms?
Strictly downpayment (50%) or full payment (100%) first before starting the project. The remaining fee (as applicable) will be collected after the proof of work has been sent to the client by Ms. Den.
Receipts must be sent to Ms. Den upon transaction (proof can be sent through Messenger, email, or mobile).
Ms Den’s payment platforms are Gcash (primary) or bank transfer.


3) What is the consultation process?
For consultations, we’re on a strict payment first set-up, since the service will already be rendered straight. After the payment has been settled, the consultation will be scheduled. We will be sending the Gmeet link a day before the consultation, at the latest.
We would ask for a copy of the research manuscript and a written copy of your questions for Ms. Den.
4) What is the research instrument validation process?
We would require a copy of the research manuscript, along with the copy of the research instrument.
If no tool or checklist for the validation is provided, we would recommend the use of one. However, proper attribution to or permission from its authors must be handled by the client.
Ms. Den can issue a certificate of validation upon request.
Kindly note that the research instrument validation process follows Ms. Den’s general payment terms.
5) How long does it take for you to finish a writing or transcription project?
Deadlines for turnover are ideally after a week or beyond, depending on the type of service and the volume of work.
Requests for rushed work may be accommodated, but charged (case to case basis).
Kindly inquire to reach an agreement.
6) Do you do revisions?
Yes, we revise. However, revisions (as applicable or requested) shall be charged.
7) Can I ask for a receipt?
Ms. Den is a registered freelancer. You may ask for a receipt upon transaction
